About
Dr. Laseter grew up in Ellisville, Mississippi, where his father served as a Methodist pastor, starting the first full time ministry to the mentally handicapped. It was after volunteering as a teenager at the Ellisville State School for the Mentally Handicapped that Dr. Laseter realized he wanted to be a physician and help other people. Pain management gives him the chance to fulfill this dream to help relieve people from their suffering.
Dr. Laseter completed a spine intervention fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, and has over 18 years of experience in spine intervention. Dr. Laseter specializes in interventional spine intervention.
Dr. Laseter has been involved with the Spinal Interventional Society where he served on both the Standards Committee and as a member of the Health Policy Division. He is presently serving on the Patient Safety Task Force, which authors the Fact Finder Series.
